Aluminum iPod shuffle case
The folks over at iPodlounge are serious about their
iPods, and iPod shuffles.
Forum user helixipod seems to have machining skills that match his love of all things iPod, because he turned this
cool case out for his iPod shuffle.
Now, don’t judge this case by its hard exterior, because it is lined with velvet to insure that the iPod shuffle
remains safe and sound, and scratch free.
I wager helixpod could make a killing on these cases, even if he did a limited edition of them.

now that is a slick little invention there. it really couldnt have been that hard to do with the proper machine, but i have to hand it to him for being the first to build his own. i though i was creative using a little flash light pouch for mine... guess im going to have to step it up.

Just for information, I have found Japanese hand made case seller, they started selling hand made fabric case for iPod Shuffle since this week, with this case we can control iPod shuffle through transparent vinyle;

These should be made for sale. I'm a recent iPod owner and my new cell phone needs a case. What passes for cases out there is simply sad. Cool stuff like this. I'd pay for a decent/solid case for my 3G iPod without thinking twice.
