i use dosbox to play old sierra games on my powermac(space quest, kings quest, etc), which I "acquired" through this site: www.abondonia.com

If you want to just play Infocom games, there's a great program called frotz that you can install on your Mac that will run Zork, Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, Wishbringer, and any other Infocom game you can think of. frotz is a Terminal-based program, but I think there's also a friendly front-end called MacFrotz for the Terminal-phobic.
