Keynote Video Today...
Apple has posted a placeholder page, noting that the WWDC 2005 Keynote "will be available for viewing today".
The page also informs us: "WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) is Apples most important annual event for hardware and software developers to receive in-depth information and instruction from Apple's technical architects and engineers."
Get ready to click reload obsessively and bring their servers to a screeching halt. ;-)

Does anyone have the keynote video in a non-streaming format? Every time I try to save it (either format), it just creates a 1K file that launches the video stream.

If you change it to a higher value in the QT preference pane it'll run flawlessly. Problem is, what can you do if you don't have enough BW for 384kbps. The same thing you do if you don't have enough for the 256 feed, like on dialup(*glares at parents*): find some more bandwidth, like at university.

June 06 2005 at 9:34 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyPosted by anthony: "whats up with the black pants?" Developers are in general a classier, suaver crowd than the general Mac community that goes to the more plebeian MWSF. They have that certan je ne sais quoi that demands black trousers and not just blue jeans.
