Allright, I'll admit it: I'm a huge Futurama fan. The show that I once thought was The Simpsons' heir apparent is still filling up my TiVo with repeats. On my iMac, I've got Futurama Konfabulator widgets as well as some great icons from The Iconfactory (both volume one and two). In addition to being funny, the show was also very Mac-friendly. You may remember the "iZac" bartender, or Bender navigating a very Mac-like system menu while "in" the internet, among others. My favorite Futurama Mac reference was, of course, the parody of the infamous 1984 Macintosh ad; macTV has made it available for download, and geeks like me are rejoicing. Check it out.Futurama's 1984 ad parody on macTV

Funny, especially the ending. I wonder how many people actually got the reference since it was only aired once and the only time it's ever replayed is during those "best commercials of all time" shows.
Fishes,
narco.

Yes I also was hoping that the simpsons would retire (around the year 2000 would have been nice) and futurama would get support and take over for the next decade. But rather than this, the simpsons was left to fester and become something totally different from what it was, and futurama was given no support.

Actually, this episode reaired tonight, and in the end when the stock tickers are rolling in the background there's an 'OSX 30+^' scrolling around. Good to see that even the OS alone can hold it's own in the future.

In one episode, I believe the Napster ep, maybe the same one with Bender navigating a Mac like menu, Fry downloads an illegal copy of Lucy Liu.
When he downloads it, they open a box that said "Blank Robots Mac Formatted"
I also recall an episode on a planet and the group was on trial, the judge was modeled after an original Macintosh. Complete with a crash with the bomb icon!
I wish they would resurrect Futurama like they did with Family Guy.

I've got all 5 seasons of Futurama, have noticed Mac things in heaps of places, but can't really think of any aditional to the ones allready been mentioned above. Maybe I should go back and watch some more, I still havent made through all yet. My fav must be the judge though, that was a good one.
