PSP iTunes Remote

So, that's what you do with a PSP. Now I know why C.K. is so crazy about them.
Coverbuddy, a PSP, and Wifi turns the PSP into a remote control for your Mac. Now, if someone could do this on a Nintendo DS I would have a reason to pick it up (other than Mario Kart DS).

Here's another app that does the same thing as PatioTunes and CoverBuddy: Dot-Tunes. http://www.dotpod.net/ I found this on www.macupdate.com

November 22 2005 at 9:26 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyThere's another app that does this - PatioTunes - and works via the web on PSP or Mac to control iTunes in another Mac. I think PatioTunes works with other platforms that can browse the web. But PatioTunes isn't - same as CoverBuddy. I'm looking forward to try this. BTW - stop the Sony bashing on this one. The PSP is a great platform, and works well with Macs - plays iTunes vidpodcasts too. Dunno about paid iTunes vids... PSPware is a great Mac front end for syncing content with the PSP.

November 21 2005 at 11:43 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyJust bought a copy of Coverbuddy, and so far it works pretty well. Set it up with my PSP and am rocking the iTunes remote. I was considering selling the PSP but now I have a real reason to keep it. So far so good.
