Do you have a lot of newbie users? Are you responsible for making sure they can navigate their way around Mac OS X? Atomic Learning has an excellent collection of tutorials for new users of Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. They cover such topics as: Dashboard and Widget Usage; Searching in Tiger; Using Spotlight; Using New Tiger Applications; Using Mail; and Using VoiceOver. I'm definitely bookmarking this one. Great stuff.Holding the Command key (aka the Apple key) and pressing Tab will cycle through your open applications. It's easier to Cmd-Tab if you are Copy (Cmd-C) and Pasting (Cmd-V) to and from various applications.
