MacUpdate.com is
offering a free membership to anyone who registers in the
month of January. The membership will last through the entire year. That's a nice New Year's gift.To get an instant map to any address, just go to your Address Book and right click on the address field of any one of your contacts and select "Map Of." The address will then be revealed in Google Maps on Safari. You can do the same if a data detector determines there is an address in an e-mail in Mail.

Hmm, it seems you can't disable the ads with this subscription.
Not that we should be able to, since it _is_ free.

Eh, I'll sign up cause it's free and maybe they'll prove me wrong, but I can't see ever paying for those features. The only thing moderately intersting is the watch list, but most of my mac apps let me know themselves when an update is available... meh.
