The first lists several software developers like Quark, Blizzard, and HP and quotes about how excited they are about Intel Macs and creating Universal versions of their applications. Apple's list doesn't have things like Handbrake (an app which is an excellent use for an idle iMac Core Duo when you also have a PowerMac next to it!).

Wonder if that is deliberate, or because it is not commercial?

MacUpdate is cool, it shows the Universal Binary icon next to the program if it's a UB, but I've only seen it in the search results page ...

359 apps listed in alphabetical order.
Is it too much to ask for a a way to jump to a letter rather then clicking "Next" a dozen times, or hopefully choosing the right category?

Well at least there is a search field.

Either way having such a list available is a great resource.
