The Apple Store is down

Intresting how the MacBook Pros are faster then the iMacs. (2.16 Ghz VS 2 Ghz)

Matt: I phoned Apple UK today. Everyone who has ordered will get the upgrade... eventually.

Macbooks on the UK store are still the same spec at the mo :(

I wonder if those ordered at 1.67 Ghz will ship with 1.83 ghz of pure mac power.

You american's get all the sweets :-(

We've got nothing on the Australian Store :-/

After the "Saved by the Bell" surprise this morning, I don't think I could take any more excitement!!

The base speeds have been bumped too.

1.67GHz -> 1.83GHz

and

1.83GHz -> 2.0GHz

The UK is store is still showing the old specs. Expect it'll be down shortly.

oh and also if you change the processor speed to the maximum, it ships in 1-3 business days rather than 3-4 weeks, interesting...

Who the hell is going to pay $300 extra for 160mhz more?
