DLO begins shipping HomeDock Deluxe
This is what
Apple's Universal iPod Dock should do. When connected to your TV, the HomeDock Deluxe by DLO offers on-screen navigation of your
iPod's music library (C.K. took a look at the original
HomeDock in January). It works with all iPods that have a dock connector, and will also let you watch stored
videos/photos via S-video or AV. The included 20-button remote may lack Apple's minimalist elegance, but you can use it
to search album, artist, title genre and so on, as well as skip, replay, pause, etc. Plus, it charges your iPod while
docked. You can pick one up for $149.99US.

My review blog on it:

Grover's exactly right with his comment about its menu on TV limitations. I just got mine 2 days ago with a pretty scratched up remote. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being top score. I'll give HomeDock Deluxe a 7.5. Most of it owing to the functionality of music menu on the big screen. It's not as Delux-ious as it claims, just the facelift from previous homedock with TV out for music menu. You can read my review about it here. To date, I'm still awating response from DLO for a replacement remote.

In other words, if you're sitting on your couch listening to music, you can switch to "video mode" using the remote, but then you have to get up and go across the room to iPod to actually choose your video.
