Last night
on Fox's Family Guy, Stewie had a little fun with his Mac. While practicing for the Olympics, his brother Chris
interrupted his "training" (don't ask). Stewie responded by knocking Chris unconscious with a book, and using
his motionless body as a landing platform for his pole vaulting practice. Delighted, he announced, "...That was
even cooler than playing with the speech function on my Macintosh."Cut to Stewie in his high chair in front of a laptop:
Stewie: So, computer, what are you thinking about right now?
Mac: Stewie is cool.
Stewie: Yaaaay!

jesus christ, why do people have to bitch each and every single time there's a post on TUAW?
this is a *BLOG* people, not a news site. they can post whatever the hell they want, whether its new, old, irrelevant or whatever.
sorry if this seems an overreaction, but im getting really tired of the same old smart arse comments on every single site... "so what?", "this isnt new! i saw this AGES ago!", "how is this news?!" etc etc etc.

totally agree with mungler - the whinging negative comments about "pointless" posts are the really pointless parts of this blog.
C'mon guys - *blog* is the operative word here: if you want news, go to a news site.

I caught it, and wasn't really that impressed. The second the people I was watching it with heard it, we all called blatant product placement or trying to get in with all the "cool kids". I started a countdown until it would show up here. Thought it would be almost instantaneous, but I guess I was wrong. Oh well. Kinda kitschy, but harmless.
