Changing Mail.app's icons
I'm a pretty boring guy when it comes to my OS UI. I don't change the default icons, I don't change the sounds, heck I hardly even change the desktop picture. Now, I know some other folks like to go crazy and if Mail.app's defaults are too bland for you, this tutorial is the cure.

But I have to admit, since OSX came out, I've hardly bothered. Don't know if I just like the interface as it is, or if there are just too many other things I can do with my computer now. I do still waste far too much time trying to find the ultimate desktop picture, though.

When I see anybody start off with a fresh install of XP for example, first thing they change is the dreaded wallpaper. I mean, everything about a fresh OS X install is beautiful - even the default wallpaper. However, I've fallen in love with the icon set I chose that I had to have it everywhere. :)
Other than that, I'm pretty boring too.
PS: Thanks for the link!
Count me in as another boring guy. I've changed next to nothing cosmetically on my system, save for adjusting the dock size and desktop icon sizes.
You're not alone, boring people.
glad to see i'm not the only one. I always get a bad time from my Mac user friends. All I do is mess with the dock a little and change the desktop picture every so often. Other than that no customization. They always tell me I'm no "fun".
"Hi, My user name is Faentur, and i'm a bland Mac user..."
