NightShift
Now that you have cleared up some room on your hard drive, why not clutter it up with some nightly WebKit builds? What's WebKit? Why, it is the HTML engine that makes Safari work, and that is baked into OS X. It has an active developer community that issues nightly builds, for those that want to be on the cutting edge.I know what you're thinking, 'But I don't want to have to go to the WebKit site and FTP a new build every night.' That's where NightShift comes it. This little application will automatically download the latest build of WebKit and place it in your Applications folder (or wherever you want it to place it).
NightShift is donationware, so chip in a few bucks if you find yourself using it all the time.

I used to have NightShift, and for what it does, it works perfectly. I ultimately uninstalled it because the nightly builds of WebKit are so far ahead of the curve, unless you *need* to be that far ahead of the curve or have some problem with the current stable release, I found it to be a waste of space.
Also - be careful you if you set the nightly to be your default browsing app. If you're developing a website, there's alot going on in the nightly-build that won't make it into the stable release of Safari for quite some time :)

I just want a Mac web browser that can allow me to print my Best Buy Reward Zone coupons. Right now, you have to use Windows Internet Explorer to print the web coupon. Boo!

I just want Safari to be able to access academic databases. So far Firefox and Camino does it on the Mac. Why wont Safari? Poorly designed sites, I know, but still...

Might as well download firefix for firefox while you're at it.
(nightshift + firefix) * open at login = liquid yum
