Microsoft updates Office 2004
Attention Office 2004 users (worry not, there is no shame in using Office), Microsoft has released an update for their venerable Office suite. The Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac 11.2.4 Update fixes some vulnerabilities in Office and addresses some issues with PowerPoint and Entourage.This updater is free, and it includes all previous updates for Office 2004 for Mac.

Well I had to reinstall from a backup disc image as the Office update not only killed AOL but appeared to corrupt a few other programs as well. Machine runs great again - not going to bother with yet another crap update from Bill Gates.
Warning! Steer clear and make sure you have EVERTHING backed up if you are follish enough to believe you need the update from hell.
This update appears to have killed my AOL software.
Anyone got any ideas?
This update seems to make Entourage even slower on my MacBook Pro. The application frequently hangs for a few or several seconds.
