Apple adds Nike+ section to iPod Support site

I just bought one and used it on a 5 mile run, and my initial feelings are it's awesome, I have asics and dont like nike shoes, so i just slip the sensor in the laces, seems to work well and not fall out. The distance was a little off, but can be calibrated easily if need be.

JD Griffin,
sure you're right, but people like me who already shell out 300 or more bucks for an iPod, could be a little p****d off having to spend another 149 just to have the right flash player that doesn't skip a beat in order to run with Nike+ gizmos.
what i'd really like to know is the launch date for the nike+ipod kit for everywhere else worldwide (specially australia). we're waiting!

It's ridiculous to think that you can run everyday with an iPod that has a moving hard drive without it messing something up. Buy the 1 GB Nano...think about it at least. That's why they were introduced. So you can have your workout iPod and then your big-daddy-hold-all-my-songs-and-videos iPod to take everywhere else. If I'm way off base correct me, please. No one take this message the wrong way. But you know I'm right. If you can out run 240 songs then you never needed added encouragement anyways. Be real-

It's designed to go from zero to 3 miles/5 km within 2 months.
