Safari bookmark tips from macosxhints
The never-failing macosxhints.com is at it again, this time with a series of tips concerning Safari, speed and bookmark management. This tip offers a simple method for using the Finder to sort Safari's bookmarks alphabetically (hint: make sure you hit cmd + j in the Finder and enable the 'Keep arranged by name' option), while this tip points out that Safari can receive a noticeable speed boost if you organize as many of your bookmarks into folders as possible. If you're really looking to speed up Safari, the speed boost/folder tip also contains a roundup from Rob Griffith of quite a few other macosxhints tips that can re-energize Safari's experience.

Re-opening saved tabs -
kind of a work around is to save the chosen bookmarks into a new folder in the Bookmarks Bar folder and select the Auto Click button. If you then hit the button in the bookmark bar, it will re-open all those links in new tabs.
I'd also love the feature to move tabs though. maybe even from one window to the next.
New Tab? uhm...Command T???

But I never liked plugins because they break sometimes when Apple updates their stuff. Sad...
(are they compatible with intel? i don't mean rosetta :P)
#3: There's plugins at PimpMySafari.com for those too. I know you said 'built-in', but plugins are the next best thing, right?
IIRC, Safari Stand offers sidebar tabs, and I know there are tab-saving applescripts and plugins that offer things like session saving and all that. In fact, I think Saft (a commercial plugin) can do some, if not all, of those things.
I'd rather see some build-in features to save all tabs (and reopen them later) and something that prevent me quiting Safari with multiple open tabs.
Also instead of a bar I'd like to see a sidebar with tabs (that you can arrange)... that way we can fit more tabs without scrolling.
I wish Apple would make a better interface instead of brushed metal like that of Shiira. Or at least offer an option to take away the brushed metal..
