Cartoon Network, CNN shows added to iTunes Music Store
Another Tuesday and more shows added to the iTunes Music Store, I think I'm noticing a trend. Today the shows hail from TBS, specifically Cartoon Network and CNN.The Adult Swim lineup has been added to the store, including Aqua Teen Hunger Force, The Venture Bros., and Sealab 2021. The first season of Johnny Bravo has also been added.
CNN Presents has joined the iTunes lineup as well.
As usual, all episodes cost $1.99 each while the season pricing differs from show to show.
Thanks, Rob.

Glad to see the Adult Swim lineup...I haven't checked yet, but I'm hoping it includes Robot Chicken...

I'd really like to see some BBC stuff on the US store. Apparently there are legal issues that are being discussed.

Finally! the Venture Brothers for download! Now just put some regular Cartoon Network shows in there (mainly Teen Titans and Justice League) and I'll be finally have a reason to really start downloading video from the iTMS.

It is really nice to see Adult Swim in the store, but it seems like Apple should really rethink their pricing scheme for these shows, if they have any control over it. Charging $1.99 for an 11 minute episode of ATHF seems a little wonky when you're charged the same price for a 47 minute episode of Project Runway (for example). I know the season is available for $20, but for $2 more (in most retail stores) you can get the season on DVD at a much better resolution. I know this problem has come up before, but this just really makes it painfully obvious.

Jon, totally agree. I'd buy the whole season of Life on Mars rather than wait for the reruns.
