Mail.app keyboard navigation

For those users trying to learn the in's and out's of moving around their Mac with the keyboard, Hawk Wings has a neat little tutorial on navigating Mail.app with the keyboard.

When I change sorting, or after I do a search, I often want to get back to the first message in my Inbox, which being sorted by date means the most recent message.
The only way to do it by keyboard is one message at a time, with the arrow key.
Checking your mail with keyboard combinations and learning how to navigate SpotLight in combination with general power user skills will make using a Mac all that much more fun. Up until know with the introduction of the Intel line, OS X has been painful to use with respect to how fast _I_ move with the slowness of Spotlight. However ..... Intel line chips have speeded up general operational uses of the Mac to get shit done. Rock on power users.
