The "D Pennsylvania" in place of "Mac Nerdry etc" - the constant "stupid republicans" type headlines - reminds me of why I left slashdot. Not to mention that he only links to "cool people" that are "cool to link to".

If John Gruber is an example of what happens when fame goes to one's head -- here's hoping a few more bloggers are inflicted with fame.

Still, if you're going to post a negative comment, the least you could do is provide some sort of explanation for your rancor -- otherwise you just seem bitter.

I think fame has gone to Gruber's head - he has gotten very clique-ish and started politicizing his blog.
