Use Spotlight as a reference tool. Type any word in the Spotlight box and one of the top entries will be a definition. Click on it, and it will bring up the dictionary application to check the word in either the dictionary, thesaurus, Apple database, or Wikipedia.

#3: As a matter of fact, I was happily married just last July. And the whole point of watching the Oscars just to see this ad is so I can blog it for you guys. ;)
Besides, my wife's a high school teacher and she'll be grading papers all day today anyways. Between blogging and a senior thesis for my undergrad, I'm firmly planted either on a couch or my desk anyway.

#3 It is a bit frigtening to think that having sex has become such a trivial thing nowadays that you would suggest this type of thing to the young man above. "Go get a girl and have sex?" and we wonder why rape, sexual assualt and the like has become such a prevalent thing nowadays.
I've about had it with this blog...

Yeah, I hope this one's real. I took time out from a Jamaican vacation to watch the Super Bowl (watched the commercials, drank banana daiquiris during the game) only to be disappointed. This time, I'm just DVRing it, though (with margaritas this time).

While we're trying to do our best to promote healthy, useful conversation around here, we sure hope you don't abandon TUAW because of some lewd comments!
If anything, and if it helps, you could always just *not* read the comments. Using RSS to read our posts could help too, and most browsers, even Internet Explorer, offer some kind of RSS support now (there should be an orange or blue button that looks like a radio signal that you can click).

Wow. I just read this comment, and two minutes later the Ad comes up.
It was pretty simple. A bunch of Hellos from movies and then the iPhone "coming in June" that was it.
