So I was pleased today to discover <a href="http://suavetech.com/0xed/0xed.html">0xED</a>, a free Universal Binary, Cocoa native hex editor. One particularly nice feature is the <a href="http://suavetech.com/0xed/plugins.html">plugin architecture</a> that allows users "easily [to] write plug-ins to display and edit... custom data types."
