Nano crushed by highway traffic

It's hot pink, obviously, so he did find it-- just in time to see an 18-wheel semi run it over. The gory results are below. We've seen Apple products take quite a licking and keep on ticking before, but apparently sitting on the highway for 30 minutes in Boise, ID will shut them down for good. Good to know.
Of course, the real question is: did AppleCare cover it?

well I think I can beat that with the idiot award of the year. I left my macbook on the roof of my car after leaving class at the end of the spring 07 semester. it didnt fall off until I got on the freeway. I saw it bounce off my car at 65 mph and smash right into the front grill of a semi.
I think I have pictures somewhere.

I have a 30GB iPod that was run over by at least one car. I found it in the parking lot at the shopping mall. Had it for 14 months, still runs quite well. :-)

@#11 You mean men can't own something pink? What, are they gay if they like pink? Just so you know, pre-WW1, pink was associated with men (as it was the watered-down version of that ever-vibrant red). Blue was for girls.

Aw hell, that's nothin! A little bailing wire, and some duct tape, we'll fix 'er right up! Course the alignment's never gonna be quite right again, but ya know...

There is no way this was a 2GB nano. Pink only comes in 4GB. Does this make the rest of his story suspect?

2G not 2GB.
Dude first forgets it in the driveway then inadvertently sends it careening into traffic, sucks for the Nano. Maybe he should chain his new one to his pants or something.

I did the same thing with a 5 month old black MacBook...flew off of the back of my car and sacrificed to the highway gods. I'll send you pictures if you want.
