Reminder: Last talkcast of 2007, Sunday night at 10 pm
It's your last chance this year to join the conversation on the TUAW talkcast, as we return live Sunday night at 10 pm ET for a roundup of the year's top stories and the introduction of our newest blogger. As always, you can listen in on Talkshoe (even from the widget in the continuation of this post, if you like -- also downloadable as a Clearspring OS X dashboard widget) or call in on regular or VOIP lines; if you want to join in the chat, you'll need a Talkshoe account and the client app.Last week's rough-cut show has been in the Talkshoe feed for a while, but the cleaned and pressed version of Christina, Erica and me reviewing our gift lists and the week's news can also be downloaded direct or via iTunes. As mentioned last week, we're leaving the enclosures out of our normal feed for now to work around the issue some Leopard Mail.app users are having with RSS attachments; the regular podcast feed is a subset of the main feed, so for now it will remain quiet pending a Mail.app fix.

The embedded player in this post severely slows down my browser, please move it to after the brake. TUAW is set as my my home page, I will have to change that if you continue to embed this player in your posts.

Glad I could help. :)
FYI one of our TUAW elves is working on a shiny new Dashboard widget to listen to the show.

Very cool Widget Analytic from Clearspring ! How is their service for widget tracking?
I read their article from their site
http://www.clearspring.com/docs/introduction
But I was curious on its ease of use!

Hi Jen --
Let me clarify: that widget is Talkshoe's, not TUAW's -- I don't have any specific experience with Clearspring development or tracking. The functionality to make a Dashboard widget from a Clearspring web widget is new as of 12/20.

Okay well after looking at http://www.Clearspring.com/ about their widgets and reading their docs it looks like they might have some really good services. Especially with their products of In-Widget Ads, Snaggable Ads, and Launchpad. My apologizes for confusing TUAW with Talkshoe's widget. Either way its very impressive.
