many times a film or television show will shoot both on location (in existing structures) and on a constructed set on a sound stage... what i can garner from a production building an Apple Store set would mean that the Apple Store set will be an Integral location to the plot of the movie/tv show... if it was just a one off scene they would go to the store and shoot after hours... but assuming they are building a set, they will be shooting there for many days... and while it maybe an Apple store set it might just simply be a set "inspired" by the Apple store... Ive been on the soundstage for Chuck and its a downright copy of a best buy on a stage...

Dunno, but remeber, both Entourage and Californication had scenes that were filmed in an Apple store... the former where Johnny Drama needed his headshots taken, so Turtle arranged this for him at the Apple store (apple logo in the back of his portrait :) and the latter where Duchovny's character was blogging away on a MacBook.

My friend (ok fine, mom) does commercials, they were going to rent out an Apple store for the night. The price was upwards of 1,000,000 dollars, no joke.

A sitcom about mall workers -- Apple Store geniuses pining after underage female Abercrombie clerks with some Orange Julius product tie-ins.

I hope its a commercial for the Apple store (showcasing the Genius Bar perhaps?). But it could also just be for an Apple Store employee training video.
