The Apple /// Resource

Are you a vintage Apple hardware nerd? I am. If so, you've probably got a basement full of beige boxes in various states of repair. I call mine "The Mac Museum." My wife calls it "Bring one more ancient computer into this house and you'll be living in the tool shed." Ah, marriage.

While my collection is limited to Macs, several of you have got some Apples lying around. Apple /// buffs will want to check out The Apple /// Resource. There you'll find just about everything you'll want for the ///, including software, manuals, even emulators (including Apple /// rom).

It's like Christmas morning for geeks like us! Dig around, see what you find and have some fun with your vintage Apple.

I really DO have a Mac Museum and have been collecting for years (as well as almost every other computer). The Mac's are all out on display as well as all the displays, printers and peripherals i have collected.
I have been a fully Apple qualified engineer for well over the last 20 years and have dedicated my life to working with Apple and can't see me stopping!
You can view the collection at http://www.comteccomputers.co.uk just click on the museum heading on the left hand side.

It just won't be the same without that floppy drive boot noise :)

Or who knows... maybe someone could record that noise and include it in the emulator.

Anyone interested in buying some old NeXT equipment?? I have some NeXT Stations color & b/w, and some cubes, and a few monitors. It sure would help my marriage to get rid of these. Make me an offer...

I would, but then MY marriage would be in trouble. :) eBay or Craigslist would probably be the way to go.

Good point. I have an old MacII setup, powerbook 540C, and SE30 (I'm keeping this one). Anybody have suggestions for selling old Apple products to good homes other than eBay?
