I am running Tiger 10.4.11 and the old Airport Admin Utility.
I don't see the new Airport Utility in Software Updates.
Do you need to install something else first (like QT 7.5 which I have been putting off)?
It comes on the disk with AEBS and included with Leopard. You may have to download it from Apple on Tiger.

anyone have clear info on whether or not Time Machine will be able to recognize the connected hard drive to the Airport Extreme after this update?
Thanks
This is also available for Windows as well. Just installed it on my Vista desktop.

June 11 2008 at 9:55 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI'm hoping this fixes the terrible intermittent signal problems that I get about twice a day. It will blink on and off for about five minutes every three seconds.

June 12 2008 at 3:52 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down Replysemi-related, how are parental controls enabled on time capsule? if it includes a full air port extreme, they should be there.
June 11 2008 at 8:34 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyIt has MAC-based timed access control on mine. Not sure there's anything more, or if that differs from AEBS. The more sophisticated parental controls are in system preferences I believe.
