iPod touch 2.1 firmware available now

The update is free to all current iPod touch owners who have already purchased the 2.0 update. If you haven't purchased the 2.0 update, you will have to pay $9.95US for the 2.1 update. You can download it now via iTunes (note that you need either version 7.7.1 or v8 to install the new firmware).

Just click the Update Link under Devices in iTunes this will then load the Installer and in the license it says iPhone 2.1 software for iPod Touch. Mines installing now.

THERE A MAJOR BUG FOR MUSIC AND VIDEOS, CAN ONLY HEAR MUSIC AND HARD TO HEAR SPOKEN WORDS
problem resolved. My Bose headset cord was not properly/fully plugged in and this caused the music and voice sound problem.
Current glitch: Podcast art work does not show on when you view them together in a list.

Still get the same this device not supported message on my iPod Touch 16GB.
