Found Footage: Why we use a Mac
I'm sure it's not going to be to everyone's taste, but I think this video is really cute and it made me smile. Happy Monday!
YouTuber CBGFilms put together a great compilation of why his generation uses a Mac. Interestingly, these are the same reasons I use a Mac. Stability, usability, tight product integration and elegant design are reasons why Mac users of all all ages drink the Kool-Aid (or the unicorn tears, as it were).
Great job, Charlie!
So why do you use a Mac?

I use Mac because it's an operating system by which I don't feel insulted in my intelligence.

It's surprising that none of these young'uns likes to play games. That's why I don't use a Mac.

@timepilot84 Well, the lack of games (which just isn't an argument as much as it used to be, many of the bigger titles are released to os x) might be why these kids are vlogging instead. And, honestly, I believe that "started a vlog with 10k+ viewers" sits better in your job application than "completed a bunch of computer games w/o any outside help".

I fought Windows for 17 years, thank you very much. I've earned my badge of honor and saw the light. I have a right and the the knowledge and experience to back it up when I say WINDOWS SUCKS and the Mac is the light at the end of the dark, dank, rancid tunnel.
Thank you very much.

I used a windows for quite a while, and still use them at work. At work, I spend 99% of my time fixing computer errors for multiple offices. Tech Support isn't even in my job description. I'm a Tax Preparer, but there's so many issues that he can't afford Geek Squad any more. I end up bringing my Mac in and it goes through diagnostics and tells me the problem in about 5 minutes. Why would I spend hours working on fixing a problem when my Mac can fix it in a few minutes?

alright alright maybe alil too blunt.. sure i give apple the credit for creativity and convenience but their approach to 'easy-computing' makes apple users mediocre... times change and with that i guess its not about skill thats required to create a Product, only dreams and a few white buttons.

I like Apple because in general I don't *HAVE* problems which need to be fixed.
Well, that's not true. I like MacOS X because it works better for me than Windows. The lack of major issues which require time-consuming fixes is just a pleasant bonus.
