Wolfenstein RPG out now on iPhone and iPod touch

Even more anticipated than this game is the Doom RPG, with the same type of gameplay, but set in id software's Doom universe (notable, among other things, for its BFG weapon). Odds are that if this game does well, the Doom RPG (and maybe even Orcs and Elves, originally seen on the DS) probably won't be far behind.

Hmm, it's be nice to see some of the old AD&D games like Eye of the Beholder on the iPhone as well.

I was simply commenting that it was an odd choice for a company that is know for its awesome FPS that they release a RPG game?
It's not their first: as mentioned in the article, they have previously released the Doom RPG for various mobile phones and Orcs & Elves for mobiles and the Nintendo DS. Basically all id games for mobile platforms have been RPGs â and rather successful ones, as far as I know.

I would wait for a price drop frankly, its a several years old game that was just ported to the iphone for quick $$.
Don't take that as an insult, but you must have been meant when TouchArcade wrote that "[w]hile the game had been ready since at least May it was held due to concerns about confusion with Wolfenstein 3D Classic."
Wolfenstein the FPS (aka Wolfenstein 3D Classic) is available for the iPhone for quite a while now. And Wolfenstein the RPG (this game) is actually less than one year old in its original incarnation for other mobile phones.
