The EasyStand holds the iPad in portrait mode very nicely. Notice the small indentation on the groove to allow unfettered access to the Home button.
It works well in landscape mode, too!
There are two grooves cut into the EasyStand at slightly different angles.
Here you can see the felt lining of the grooves that keeps your iPad from being scratched. It's a nice touch, and one that's indicative of the thought that went into this accessory.
