Just out of the box, the Defender is attached to a cardboard sleeve by the belt clip.
There's a ratcheting belt clip that comes with each Defender for iPhone 4.
The iPhone 4 volume buttons are nicely covered by silicone rubber to protect them from shock, dust, etc...
The top of the case shows the button cover for the wake/sleep button. However, there does not appear to be a plug for the headset jack, and the noise cancellation mic looks like it is covered up.
From left: the silicone outer case, the bottom piece of the polycarbonate inner case, and the screen side of the polycarbonate inner case.
It's nice of OtterBox to include installation instructions in the box.
Attractive on the shelf!
