See those darker gray strips? Those are made of Velcro, and they're what make the ZooGue so unique.
Here you're looking at the back of the ZooGue. See the prop? It has Velcro tabs on the bottom, so you can move it up and down those strips on the side for a variable screen angle. Ingenious!
Here is another back view. Notice the stretchy straps at the top? They are also outfitted with Velcro so you can attached the iPad to a vertical surface such as a car headrest.
