HOW-TO: Install a Bluetooth Module in a PowerMac G5
There’s a nice write-up on the French site
Pomme Grenette covering how to
add an internal Bluetooth module to your PowerMac
G5. The article is in English and includes photos for each step; a nice resource for anyone planning this upgrade.

Take a look here. http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=217991&highlight=installing+a+bluetooth+module+in+a+g5 They have a link to a place where you can buy it. It's pretty expensive though.

It seems as simple as some of the other available 'home install' options. Apple could easily sell a number of these units to users who did not opt for Bluetooth at purchase.

The new PowerBooks have a newer version of bluetooth. Can you imagine any way to upgrade bluetooth on a powerbook? Love ya, TUAW.
