hack a day has a great post on how to disassemble an iPod shuffle. ‘But, Scott, we’ve seen this before.’ Yes, you have dear readers, however, the thing that sets this post apart is that the iPod shuffle is put back together at the end, and it still works.

Why would you want to know this?
