New Saft Brings Draggable Tabs to Safari
As I’ve mentioned before, I like and use
Saft. There’s a new version out with some new features. Most
notably: the ability to drag your tabs for on-the-fly reordering of the sites you’re currently browsing.
Head over to the Saft page and check out all the features. The feature
list is up in the upper 30s now, and if past performance speaks to anything, it looks like the list will continue to
grow.
There’s no ad-blocking a la PithHelmet, yet, but then again, ads pay the bills. ;-)

How to block ads:
1) Get a custom /etc/hosts file. Here's a good one:

Google for others.
2) Use Privoxy.

And yes, 'draggable' is a word.

There is a firefox extension, that allows you to take a hyperlink on a website, and drag it to anyplace on the page, drop it, and it opens it in a new tab. it is called super drag and go. i used it on firefox on my pc and i use it on firefox on my mac. it has revolutionized my internet experience/life. if anyone can make this happen on a mac-centric browser i would love to hear about it. if you have not experienced it please check it out.

arkowi,
Why not just use middle click to open in new tabs. Or drag into the open space in the tab bar?
