Sidenote is a cool little free app for OS X that I just started using today. I saw it metioned over at the Tao of Mac and thought I'd give it a shot.Holding the Command key (aka the Apple key) and pressing Tab will cycle through your open applications. It's easier to Cmd-Tab if you are Copy (Cmd-C) and Pasting (Cmd-V) to and from various applications.

I was never a fan of Stickies, probably for my inability to have a cluttered desktop. Well, I have been looking for a way to keep notes, having to email myself reminders gets kind of annoying, so I have to say, and even only using Sidenote since about 5am this morning, this is exactly what I have always been looking for.
