New iPod Ad: Rolleringskating
Apple debuted a new iPod commercial Saturday night during Saturday Night Live. It features those familiar silhouettes rollerskating, of all things and it is available in small, medium and large. This after I alleged that iPods are cool.I had no idea that people still actually rollerskated! Aren't rollerblades the 'new hotness' as the kids say?
That is really neither here nor there, I suppose. Getting back to the commercial it features Feel Good Inc. by the Gorillaz which, by amazing coincidence, is available via the iTunes Music Store (I linked to the song to save you some time).
Thanks for the heads up, Marvo!

Scott, get with the program. Rollerblades are such a mid-90s network/hacker hollywood thriller cliche. With rollerskates, you can rock the styles of the 60s, 70s, or the 80s, any of which can be really really cool. i for one would be horrified if inline skates showed up in an apple advert.

I like regular roller skates better than blades. You can do more tricks on a rink. If you've ever seen a group of people do a routine it's something to watch.
