This one isn't actually a widget, but it is a preference pane for OS X Tiger that makes managing your widgets a little bit easier.Holding the Command key (aka the Apple key) and pressing Tab will cycle through your open applications. It's easier to Cmd-Tab if you are Copy (Cmd-C) and Pasting (Cmd-V) to and from various applications.

This is great. My only gripe about widgets is that new versions are released so often because they weren't thoroughly tested before hand. And from my experience, they don't automatically replace themselves.

Even though I think that widgets are generally pointless, this preference pane is a must have! I can't believe that for such a small (48KB) file that Apple couldn't have included this with Tiger.
