iPod and Powerbook cases made out of used jacuzzi?
Check out these William Gibson-inspired designs by Peter Kinne. The Music Box iPod case is made from wood that's been recycled from old hot tubs and tables, and stainless steel from salvaged bikes. You can buy one for $40 + shipping, which is a pretty good deal, if you ask me.
He also custom designs Powerbook cases, such as this Powerbook G4 built from oak, maple, and brass.

anybody want to guess how much weight that tacks on to a PowerBook.
Gives new meaning to the term "Desktop Replacement" all you need is some legs and a nice lamp.

Ummm... Hello? Heat issues? Could a Powerbook wrapped in wood actually catch on fire? Probably not. But with enough lighter fluid... The iPod case looks pretty sick though. Cool stuff.
