iTunes 4.9 with podcast support is now available through Software Update. To find out what version of Mac OS you are running, go to the Apple logo in the top left corner, click it and choose About This Mac. From that window you will see the version number, processor, memory and chosen startup disk. Clicking Software Update will check for updates, and More Info... will open up an extensive list of everything on your machine.

I figured out how to Add your Podcasts. Go to the iTunes section of the apple website find the link "Add your podcast" (or close to that) and it will bring you to a section of the iTunes Music Store, enter your blogs feed (feed://www.tuaw.com/rss.xml) and hit "return". Then it will tell you about your blog and ask you to Catogorize it. When your customization is done hit publish. The rest is down hill from there. Please put your podcasts on there, and do another one.
