To get an instant map to any address, just go to your Address Book and right click on the address field of any one of your contacts and select "Map Of." The address will then be revealed in Google Maps on Safari. You can do the same if a data detector determines there is an address in an e-mail in Mail.

@ #1:
See here:
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Apple products; (b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Apple; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Apple;
See part (c)? There ya go.

"warrants the iPod... product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year"
"This Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Apple hardware product or **any software**, even if packaged or sold with the iPod or iSight product."
The warranty is a hardware warranty. Software need not apply. They wouldn't turn you away if you had Yellow Dog dual-booting on your PowerBook either...
