New iFill beta released
Back in June I wrote a bit about iFill, a sweet application from the great Griffin Technology. It streams audio from thousands of free radio stations, and sends them as mp3 files directly to
your iPod. After using it for a few days, I found that it makes a perfect companion to the iPod Shuffle, as it was like carrying my favorite internet radio station with me where ever I went (for me, said radio station is WOXY). This week Griffin released a new beta of this application as they move ever closer to a 1.0 release. Download a copy, receive a new temporary license key and try it out. Send Griffin your feedback so we can see a final version of this application soon. I, for one, am looking forward to it.

Does anyone know if this will handle WOXY's aac+ link?

I would love to use iFill. Except every single beta doesn't want to work. It's either crashed at start up or refused to recognize my iPod or wouldn't recognize my beta key. I've followed directions to the t and still nothing. Anyone else have those problem?

iFill stopped working after the June 2005 upgrade to iTunes 4.9 (podcasts, etc..). I will try the new beta soon, hopefully it will work now!
Looked like a great app!

It did not work for me using that aac+ streams. It showed that songs recorded. The ipod showed the songs, with appropriate song lengths, but it would not play them. Just skipped immediately to the next song.
