TUAW wants to see your Desktop
Since everyone seemed to like the Desktop picture we posted the other day, I had an idea. Here's a pic of my current Desktop. If you click on the picture, you'll get a look at the full-sized version over at my Flickr account. In any case, I thought it would be fun if everyone shared what their Desktop looks like. So, click on the Finder, go to Finder—>Hide Others, and then hit Apple (Command) + Shift + 3 . This will take a screen grab of your machine, so make sure no private information is showing. Then, post the pic somewhere online and leave a link in the comments to your Desktop, so we can see how everyone's Mac environment is looking these days.

Shouldn't the correct key combination be Command + Shift + 3, because + 4 only does selection? just a thought.

Nothing too exciting here, other than Anne Hathaway... I'm a neat freak and use Quicksilver for launching aps/docs, which cuts down on clutter. And I set the dock to autohide.

The wallpaper is a pic I took on a flight from SF to Philly. Even with Dashboard, I still love Konfabulator. Since I live in SF and commute to the East Bay I need two Weather forecasts.
