Shure Gets It: We want black headphones for black iPods
Today, Shure announced new Black E Series Models of their noise-isolating earphones to complement the iPod nano and, I guess, the new black iPod (which I've heard referred to as coming in 'nano black' on a C|Net clip).I think this is great, but I really wish Apple would ship these suckers with black earphones, no matter how crappy the default earphones may be. The Shure's are expensive, but I have a pair of the E3c earphones and they are audio-listening heaven.

Shure knows what's goin down. I've had a pair of e2s for quite a while and i think apple should follow Shure's lead and release black accessories to match nanos and new iPods.

I don't think there's much chance of Apple's iconic white headphones - you know, the ones that are the center of attention in all of their advertising AND symbolize members of the iPod tribe across the world - from being replaced with a black version anytime soon. It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

"nano black" hahaha try "the old color all headphones used to come in before the iPod (among other things) turned people 'metrosexual'"
