Apple iPod Tutorials and Troubleshooting Videos

Apple has made available on their website some pretty nice tutorial videos about how to use the iPod and video iPod. I especially like the troubleshooting ones covering such things as using your iPod as a hard disk and how to use your iPod to transfer music from and old computer to a new one.

These are excellent for new users. I can think of at least half a dozen people I know who need to see these.

It's amazing how Apple reads my mind. A few weeks ago, a friend of mine, totally a Windoze guy (his dad is a big shot at Intel Latin America), got an iPod nano and since then he has constanly been callimg me for help, I even went to Apple Support looking for something like this some days ago so he could follow something more graphical and explicit than lousy instructions on the phone, like "push that button next to the iPod with an Eject icon in the bar at the bottom of the iTunes window", so this is great.
