Channel Frederator: weekly cartoon video podcast
I stumbled upon Channel Frederator through Lifehacker. Channel Frederator is an outlet for animators everywhere to let their cartoons be seen by the world, and they've just launched a vodcast on the iTMS. There's only one episode in the store so far, with more at the site. While I haven't had a chance to watch any yet, this looks like some great stuff. In addition to the iTMS, they also offer an RSS feed for episodes as well as good ol' fashioned download links.I love it when people take back the power of the media like this. Rock on Channel Frederator!

Umm, well it all looks really nice. But trying to download it in iTunes crashed iTunes - twice! I'm giving up for now on this.
It seems to take forever to download, even with my broadband connection.

Blame that on the coding. I host this site and live only about 3 miles from the DC. I normally get 10-15ms pings to the datacenter and can *easily* get full downstream capacity. Nothing's wrong with our server (load is at 0.17), so I guess they just needs to work on the Rails downloading code...
