Should Apple bring back the iPod mini?

People are only craving the mini beacuse there is hysteria regarding the nano, it scratches it breaks etc etc. When the public relise it was a faulty batch and not the entire line the desire on ebay will subside.

I think it should be brought back. But do so with a color screen. This iPod is very versatile and those that have one really love them. It's much more durable than the Nano and, with the different colors, allows people to pick one that fits their personality. Otherwise, all we've got is black and white.

I would probably buy a new mini if it was updated (i.e. color screen, screen lock) I also thought the colors were a lot nicer than the stark black and white. Interchangeable shells would be nice(mine's full of dents and gouges..yet it still works). If Apple were to bring back the mini, and it was slotted between either the Shuffle and the Nano, or the Nano and the fullsize iPod, it would sell like hotcakes.

I dont think they should brung it back. I always thought the ipod was a better deal anyway. For 50 dollars more you could get a 20GB iPod.

No. There's always been a gap in the capacity range, simply due to flash vs disk.

The girls lika da Mini. That's reason enough to bring back the Mini - makes it a whole lot easier to buy gifts... :-p

The mini rocks and that is why people are still buying them. They are rugged and they come in colors!! They wont bring it back but they will take notice how much people appreciate the aluminum body and color options.
