Intel not so inside?
The
Inquirer is reporting that Intel will drop the 'Intel inside'
slogan and logo this January and introduce a new marketing approach. Hmm, something else happens this January, but I
can't quite put on my finger on it.Ah, Macworld! Could it be that Intel and Apple have teamed up to create a new marketing strategy for Intel chips? One that will put Intel logos of some kind on each shiny new Intel based Mac?
Keep in mind that this is pure speculation feed by some rumors, I have no inside knowledge, but as the Stevenote approaches the rumor mill is in full swing.

I think the statement that Intel will drop it's Intel Inside slogan is incorrect. I just posted a story on www.brandscribe.com which shows the new Intel logos. And it is clear to see that they maintain the "Intel Inside" slogan.
I agree that they will probably refresh the whole campaign, but I don't think they will drop it. Why put it on the logo otherwise.
But as you say it is all speculation at the moment.
Best

If I get an Intel Mac and it has a stupid sticker on it, it's coming off the second I open it.
Apple doesn't need any stickers on their laptops or computers. Just seeing my friends open their Dell laptops and seeing those Windows, Intel and other stickers, it just makes me laugh.

I will cry like a baby if Apple sticks "Intel Inside" stickers on the Mactels. They wore many of us down to a point where will will accept an Intel powered mac, but I don't think anyone can stomach the blatantly stupid advertising found on any PC out there. I'm sure for every sticker Intel give a discount, but the thought of a mac with one of those stickers makes me shudder. I'd pay $1.50 more NOT to have a sticker on a brand new mac to keep those stupid stickers off.

Intel Inside will not be dropped. I can confirm this. Also, why would it be featured on the new logos? But did you know that the new Intel logo doesn't have the dropped "e" anymore?
I did an update on www.brandscribe.com

first off, there is NO way apple will put any stickers on there stuff, people. come on, its apple, the sophisticated, straight edge, clean product company. they use intel to lower prices and speed things up (and more), but they wont whore themselves out.
and dirk, what exactly IS your site...it looked like it might be a bit 'new' if you know what i mean.
i just realized i put 'first off' and never had a 'second.' oh well.

I want to see computer which offer multi-OS support grow in market.
1. I want to be able to use macOs for its cool features and then use excel using windows and then run some scripts in unix and then come back and do some operation in macOS.
Consumers should be given free choice to select their OS for working. I should be able to get laptops which run all operating systmes in them and for no extra charge. Companies can provide these and I don't understand why they are not providing. It is high time consumers start demanding multi-OS PC
s, servers and laptops.
Also, applications should be OS independent. I should be able to dowload and application and hten be able to install seamless across my three Operatings system in my computer and then be able to choose which ever OS I wish to work with this application with.
