Enable blog and photocast comments in iWeb
Unfortunately, kfloydh notes that you'll have to perform these steps every time you publish your blog -- but if you want the simplicity of iWeb and the interactivity of a comments feature, iComments will make that possible without much hassle.
Check out the demo at kfloydh's photocast page.

Sweet: Blogger kfloydh points to an AppleScript called iComments actually lets you add a real comments feature to your blogs and photocasts...

Hey Guys,
I'm the developer of iComment. For another example and for full instructions on using iComment, visit my website:

Also, the article didn't mention this, but iComment supports TrackBacks as well.

I want an upgrade of iWeb w/ comments, permlinks and a calendar built in. Am I too demanding or should this have been in the package in the first place?

February 03 2006 at 12:02 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI found this last night, and it is the last piece (well, almost) in the puzzle to move me from blogger to iWeb for my blog. I am working on tweaking the templates in iWeb to do this automatically. Currently, I have the White Blog template modified to include the text needed for iComments to work. Very slick indeed.
