Mac mini inside Classic Mac Update
Our own I especially like the black "Mac Minitosh" version by Lee on http://destruc.tv found today by Eliot on hack a day. This black beauty uses a black wired apple
If you would like more information about how to perform a hack like this yourself, check out these two Japanese sites. The first is a site Damien linked to before but which has since then been translated. The second link was submitted by TUAW reader Arlo:

Haha, it's such a pet peeve of mine when people refer to it as a laser...

Hi voltage charge, I wont go anywhere near it with the cover off! I still have memeory to install in a mac classic for over 2 years ago but too damn scared as knowing my luck I'd get that death charge!

Because it's NOT as easy as you think it is. There's a lot of work involved in this. Especially since they used the original monitor, something that wasn't meant to be connected to anything other than the computer it came with.

Hi
I like the idea of some hacks but I would prefer sticking a Mac Mini into a cube! The other one would be almost to rebuild the second 'sunflower' iMac as a touch screen with space in the bottom to place your mini in. I prefer the sunflower design to the latest iMac and would hate to see it die.

It's not a laser in the mouse! It's an optical sensor that uses an LED. No lasers involved.
